Repeated Rejections and Technical Issues with GitHub Student Developer Pack Application

Hi everyone,

im reaching out for some help with my GitHub Student Developer Pack application. Despite submitting the correct documentation and meeting all the requirements, my application has been rejected multiple times (over nine attempts). Interestingly, my colleagues submitted similar documents and had no issues getting accepted.

In addition, I’ve been facing some technical problems during the verification process:

The system only allows me to use the front camera for verification, but it’s not working properly.
I’m repeatedly asked why I’m not on campus, even though I’m physically present.
These issues seem to disappear when I switch browsers, but they often come back later.

So far, I’ve tried the following solutions without success:

Reviewing the GitHub Education documentation.
Checking the status of my application.
Searching the GitHub Community for similar problems and posting about mine.
Could anyone provide any guidance on how to resolve these issues? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
