Hi everyone,

I'm trying to renew my GitHub student pack. While I'm providing my Identity card that is valid . But the system is asking me for the proof " why I'm far away from campus"

Make sure you are not using a VPN when applying, I also suggest you contact support by opening a ticket here, select "My selected school has incorrect or incomplete information e.g domains or campus location" and explain your issue.
