Can't redeem my academical benefits due to a technical error

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to apply for Github Student on an account I had activated it before and it's not letting me submit the application. I get an error stating that I don't have to re-verify. However, I've been waiting for a few months and nothing has happenned.

Also it's a bit weird because it says I was last verified as a student on (?) .

Hi @rosensonne,

You have the PRO badge on your profile which means your benefits should be available.

On the application page, check if your status label is purple and says:

• "Congrats! Your request for @rosensonne was approved and your benefits are now available."

If so, to redeem your benefits go to the pack offers page, scroll down to the "All offers" section and select for example Copilot, if you can redeem it you are fine, if you can't, I suggest you to raise a ticket here, select "I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers" and explain your issue.

How to enable Copilot Pro for GitHub Education verified students/teachers?
Once you have been successfully approved as a verified student or educator, your academic benefits will become available within a few days. You will receive an email when your academic benefits are ready to be redeemed.

Once the benefits are applied, Copilot Pro can be claimed via the benefits page or this signup link.
