Support running multiple modules

What you mean is having the possibility to run a terragrunt run-all ... command?

Currently you can create one TerraformLayer for each of your module, the only downside is that the execution order of plan & apply commands will not respect Terragrunt dependencies between your modules.

Respecting rules such as "Layer A must be planned/applied before Layer B" is in our roadmap.

Yes, exactly. I would like to associate a TerraformLayer with the whole environment live/dev for the current structure:

terragrunt run-all apply allows me to do that.
I see couple of solutions here:

1. Allow user to customise arguments to the running binary terraform/terragrunt/opentofu
2. Create a simple utility which is generating TerraformLayer respecting the order of the dependencies and your unreleased feature
3. Add support for run-all

Hey,

I'm learning more about Burrito and sounds like a very interesting project.

Currently, I'm using Atlantis and https://github.com/transcend-io/terragrunt-atlantis-config to generate the different plans that are needed to be run in the correct order. Maybe that is a good idea to copy?

The main reason I'm looking to move away from Atlantis is that unfortunately all plans run in one server and that does not scale when you are dealing with thousands of terragrunt.hcl files with dependencies between them which can trigger dozens or hundreds of terragrunt plan.

Thank you for showing your interest to Burrito 😄

We plan to add in Burrito a mechanism to be "terragrunt-aware" for plans and apply, to respect the dependencies between plans / apply which is a great feature that Terragrunt offers.

We'll communicate in this issue when we'll begin to work on this feature 😄
