I have a hallsensor to rpi3 setup on treadmill and everything seems to work when debugging on nRF connect,
Zwift recognizes the device but when pressing pair it unsubscribes immediately. I tried to add 'read' to RCS measurement characteristic but with the same behavior.

I realise this probably is zwift related, but wonder if there could be a flag or something similar that needs to be set and if anyone have encountered the problem and found a solution.

This happened to me as well and I could not troubleshoot it enough to figure out exactly what was happening. in my case I would also see a Raspberry Device. Anyway by disabling and reenabling Bluetooth on the Mac running Zwift i was able to connect every time and get a stable connection that worked.
Hope this helps.

I am having the same issue. @paixaop

If I set Zwack up using an rpi3 or on MacOS, I encounter the same issue as @addestromberg.

Enabling and disabling, re-enabling BT on the Mac did not do anything differently

The image below shows what happens after I connect to a device called 'Zwack' (note that it changes to raspberrypi)
