Releasing on NPM fails; reason is unclear. Same error with new NPM token.

Maybe its a temporary NPM issue and will disappear in a few days; if not need to contact GitHub or NPM.

Issue solved, CI not running due to "skip ci" keyword in last commit; solution is to add an empty commit as last commit.
