splot.libpysal functionality is currently failing due to a change in Seaborn v0.10.1 (mwaskom/seaborn#2153)

This has already been fixed in mwaskom/seaborn#2103 and we are currently waiting for a new Seaborn release.

For fast trouble shooting use Seaborn v.0.10.0 or lower.
