Use Simple Features (sf) package instead of rgdal for spatial operations.

Can't be done currently as sf doesn't support OFT*List field types, which are present in e.g. FMI FWS.

The support is added in r-spatial/sf@823f3f2 meaning that sf can be used after all. At least after the update hits CRAN.
