[BUG] First line gets cut off in multiline output with CodeExecCog #44

Describe the bug
When the Rextester Code Execution Cog runs code whose output is multiple lines, the first line is always cut off.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Use command !exec with some input that produces a multiline output such as
for i in range(10):
    print(i)
  1. First line of output will be skipped

Expected behavior
All lines of output should be displayed properly
