Tutorial Search?

Is there any way that tutorials could include a search bar that covers all, and only, the material in the tutorial?

I feel like it might be possible given that bookdown books and pkgdown doc sites both have search functionality similar to what I'm looking for. Unfortunately I don't have the time or expertise to try to get it working myself.

Basically, I have some tutorials I crave for students to use for later reference, but they don't, because the tutorials are not searchable! They just really want to search. A carefully planned index/nav bar is not sufficient.

Anyone else interested, or see a way to do this?
