User story
As team lead and user of BGE pipeline, Sara W, I would like to have an option to fail wells on BGE Lib XP2 plate at the end of BGE pipeline 1 (PCR Free library prep). The Fails Well option is missing on the BGE Lib XP2 plate but it is present on the BGE Lib PCR XP plate.

Additional context
The issue was discovered in UAT of #1980 on 12 March 2025.
About the BGE Lib XP2 plate:
As seen on the process diagram, the BGE Lib XP2 plate is at the end of the pipeline 1 (PCR Free library prep) and it continues to pipeline 2 (PCR Free MX) and it is a branch point for pipeline 3 (PRC free to ISC; transition pipeline). There is a submission option (BGE Transition - Automated) on the plate to enable pipeline 3, which is provided by
PermissiveSubmissionPlatePresenter
. It also automatically closes thelimber_bge_pcr_free
request.Look into the presenter and remove the permissive behaviour in a new presenter if necessary. The presenter was used as it is for the workflow selection (branching off to pipeline 3; PCR Free to ISC; transition pipeline).
Fail Wells button is expected in the Other Actions panel in the page.
Screenshots
The following screenshots were generated by running the integration suite against UAT with break points. The plate with barcode SQPU-214035-F was observed.
