This addon for hass.io add snapcast server to the mopidy addon. See this addon for mopidy configuration. Both mopidy add mopidy_cast can be run on the same install. Look at the mopidy addon documentation for the configuration of this addon.
Mopidy listen on 6681 for http connection, and 6601 for mpd ones.
