Update datamodel.xml for schema documentation

Update the datamodel.xml file with the newly added tables and fields add to Specify 7. This is so that we can update the discourse documentation. The database schema for the discourse site if generated by the command from here https://github.com/specify/schema-to-html. The command generates the formatted schema description based on the datamodel.xml file.
