I completed swirl R studio programming lesson one and would like certification, but it doesn't allow??

So I just completed the Swirl R programming lesson one and it gave me 2 questions, first my email which I gave and second "What is your assignment token? ". How do I get this

and from where do I get it? please help!!

This is used when your university professor for example would use swirl to teach R. So basically as long as you're not enrolled in a course that uses R in Highschool or University you'd not have an assignment token and this feature is irrelevant to you. I'm guessing that this is probably irrelevant for you then, because if you were to have an assignment token I'm sure you'd know about it.
