Controlled vocabulary for the "attractantType" field in the deployments table

In the standard extension based on the suggestions from the InsectAI community (currently in development here), the field baitUse was renamed to attractantUse (change suggested in issue #391) and the field attractantType was added to the deployments table, to accommodate information about bait and other attractants like light or pheromones.

In the interest of ensuring interoperability and quality of the data, a controlled vocabulary should be developed for the attractantType field.
