Tools to write Darwin Core files?

Hi,

I've got a problem where I have to create darwin-core files, in a systematic way, from large amounts of data stored in files, databases, API's etc. I've been looking around and there don't seem to be very many tools for the scripted creation of DwC files. Since this is going to end up running in a production environment it would be best if it were linux/python compatible but at this point I'll take what I can get.

I've found a couple examples but they have limitations:

• iNaturalist python library Converts to their own internal data struct.
• Read only library, can't write DwC

Anything I'm missing? How do other orgs including Darwin Core in their data-pipelines? It does seem like the DwC specs are rigorously defined so I'd expect a few more libraries, am I looking in the wrong place?
