Create example RDF from DwC-A

It would be useful in our report to have a sample DwC-A using the MIxS extension, run through a "triplifier" to produce RDF.

@baskaufs may have a script that will simplify this

Has there been any progress on this outside of this issue? Otherwise, I think what has been referenced in this comment #53 (comment) could be the basis for an example RDF.

I'm interested in this as a long-term issue, but have enough other things going on currently that it's on my back burner.
