The 'Smuggling Opium Crash' is a sub-common crash that occurs during the end of the loading cycle to initialize Hearts of Iron 4. While we have yet to be able to discover the exact cause, we suspect it has something to do with our custom map.
Fix: Use the OpenGL Rendering Option in the HOI4 Launcher. This has worked to fix over 95% of cases of this specific crash.
