Description

The hover state on a secondary or sub-navigation item in the Primary Navigation menu has a "white" background with "UCSC Blue" text. It was noted that on certain pages, such as those with a Cover hero, the whiteness blends in too much with the content behind it.

The suggestion is to change the background color to something that is still contrast compliant but sets it apart more clearly.
