Link descriptions and more

• Link descriptions! You can show or hide them using the new button in the toolbar.
• You can temporarily show disabled links in a group. (But not in a group where all links are disabled.)
• Up to two disabled links are visible in the list of search results.
• Design updates. Most importantly: The header is now fixed to the top of the viewport.
