Display error with comet results

Hi ! I encounter this error when trying to open comet pep.xml files. Could you please help me figure out what's wrong ?

My input of identification file is the pep.xml file generated by Comet. The spectrum files are the corresponding .mzML files

I found that the .pep.xml file seemed to have been changed into html format when downloading. I do not know if it's the reason for the display error

Thanks for sharing your data. I found an issue when there are multiple mzMLs imported with the pepXML file. I will fix it.
