ASCII files with the .xyz extension are common in connection with MIKE models, but the number of columns and the interpretation is not standardized across applications.
This PR removes the support for .xyz files from MIKE IO, with the rationale that tab/space separated files are well supported in pandas/polars and there is no need for this function in MIKE IO.
