Jigsaw Output Updated CSM State Files

Description

It would be beneficial to some workflows if jigsaw was able to output CSM state files. Right now, the workflow is to update the cubes and then use isd_generate from ALE. This adds several additional steps that can be time-consuming when the number of files is large.

Example

Adding an OUTPUT_ADJUSTED_CSM_STATE=yes/no boolean to jigsaw would be appreciated.
