I have a question, how to change the bayesian network's matrix G to ensure it is a directed graph in the ACO? 3Q :)

Thanks for your interest in my project! Good question, it has been a while since I did anything with this code to be honest. A bi-directional graph is represented as a diagonally symmetrical matrix if I am not mistaken. Could it be as easy as removing the unwanted direction in the upper or lower diagonal?
