A project to determine the employees to be promoted in a company based on past experiences and performance. Using Pandas library to clean and wrangle to analyse the data. The promotion of the employees on the test dataset was determined using the Decision Tree Classifier from the Sklearn library and the the result was later analysed using bar charts.
