Picasa is a program for the Windows operating system for viewing and editing photos of different formats. It is the predecessor of the Google Photo service, which now works online. The program cannot be downloaded from the official site, but you can download the latest official version from me.
Officially, support has been discontinued, but the program can still be downloaded and used to view offline photos. Unfortunately, synchronization and cloud storage will not work, since the related Google+ service is closed.
