Simulate keyboard key using gamepad

Application created to make playing Binding Of Isaac with gamepad easier.

1. Connect Xbox controller.
2. Set 'Restart' key to 'F' in Binding Of Isaac.
3. Run application.
4. When in game, press and hold for a second map button on controller, release and game will restart.
