Added Hindi language support

  • Added Hindi option to the language switcher component.
  • Updated allowed languages in header helpers to include Hindi.
  • Created Hindi translation file with comprehensive localization for the application, including SEO, validation messages, and general UI text.

I have given this some thought and decided that we should not add more languages unless there is someone who actually uses the language and speaks it natively. This way, we can ensure that the translation is accurate and practical. As far as I know, there is currently no one using Hindi. Adding it would create unnecessary overhead for the main languages that are already known to have limited usage.
