I identified a potential vulnerability in a clone function process() in
libraries/tiff/tools/gif2tiff.csourced from vadz/libtiff. This issue, originally reported in CVE-2013-4244, was resolved in the repository via this commit vadz/libtiff@ce6841d.This PR applies the corresponding patch to fix the vulnerability in this codebase.
