Summary
Cleaned up the deprecated code after the update for the transpiler, assembler and execute.
Other derivatives are removed circuits_to_qobj and qobj_to_circuits as these are replaced by the assembler.
Also removed the qcvv folder.
Fixes #1645 (partially but #1645 is out of date)
