tifer exposes a text editor class with really basic functions to edit text, that you can use in a frontend. it was specifically built with terminal user interfaces in mind. you can build small editors like Vim and nano in it.
tifer will serve as the basis for bliss, a graphical text editor with an emphasis on style and productivity.
