Name conflict with jorgebucaran/fish-nvm

https://github.com/jorgebucaran/fish-nvm currently uses the name "fnm" for its command and config file (.fnmrc).

On the bright side, it is currently undergoing a rewrite, including a potential name change, so the conflict may go away once it's complete.

In the meantime, the conflict exists though, so this could result in some confusion for existing users of https://github.com/jorgebucaran/fish-nvm.

Hi, sorry about that! Choosing a name is hard, and I hope we have had the right choice taking fnm. We chose fnm because:

• It is meaningful ("fast node manager")
• It is easy to type (well, at least for me)

That being said, feel free to download it and rename it to however you'd like! I think it can work amazingly well with Fish shell (that I used to use) because it is a binary and not a bash script/function, so I think it worth experimenting 😸

Also, it seems like @jorgebucaran has already renamed his package
