This repository is dedicated to tracking bugs, feature requests, and improvements related to the Chat feature in Rock RMS, across both web and mobile platforms. This refers to the RockRMS and StreamChat integration, not Rocket.Chat.
Chat functionality was added in Rock v17.1 and Rock Mobile v7.
Use this space to:
- Report issues or unexpected behavior
- Suggest new features or enhancements
- Collaborate on improvements to the Chat experience
Before creating a new issue:
- Search existing issues to avoid duplicates
- Clearly describe the problem or request
- Include steps to reproduce (for bugs)
- Specify whether it's related to web or mobile
- Include screenshots or recordings to accurately describe the issue
