Addressed Issue #5

Added post-processing of Recession signatures to calculation_functions/calc_ALL and calculation_functions/calc_McMillan_Groundwater.
- Post-processing calculates T0 parameter
- Now it outputs signatures with its literal name (a, b, and T0)
In the sig_RecessionAnalysis, added description about how post-processing can be done, and which column outputs which parameters
