If you specify an empty table in
optsin lazy, it will still run thesetupfunction by automagically finding the corrent require call to your plugin.Later on when you add options, users can just put them there.
On the other hand, leaving in the config function is slightly uglier and will make the users think it's required somehow, when it actually isn't.
