We should probably add Freertos to the filter for running BLE tests since we do use it and have on going issues with it. In the meantime I am running a BLE test on the changes made in this PR in another test PR #362 Update: passed ble tests |

I tested these changes by running the Flash_CLI and FreeRTOS_Demo examples on several chips. The only error/warning I encountered was a build error which I resolved in commit c114a59. Otherwise, the examples executed properly.
