React Native - Intra Social Chat App

This is a React Native project for an Intra Social Chat App, bootstrapped using @react-native-community/cli.

Getting Started

Prerequisites

Ensure you have Node.js installed (preferably the latest stable version). You can download it from Node.js.

Installation

1. Clone the repository:

   git clone https://github.com/your/repository.git
2. Navigate to the project directory:

   cd chatapp

Configure Firebase

Configure Firebase by adding your Firebase project's configuration details:

Install Dependencies

Install all the required packages using npm:

npm install

Running the App

Start the Metro Server

Metro, the JavaScript bundler for React Native, needs to be started first:

npm start

Running on Android

To run the app on an Android device or emulator:

npm run android

Running on iOS

To run the app on an iOS device or emulator (MacOS only):

npm run ios
