A rewrite to make this API RESTful and support multiple clients. It's designed to be a simple workhorse. ex_ipfs_pubsub is being rewritten to use it. So the API should be less opinionated.

I would not hesitate to use it. It's fairly simple and the libraries used are stable. But hey - if it breaks you get to keep both pieces.
