* The conf-context-oaw.xml file is currently not used
* The docker-composed mysql database will fail to start if the testdb-docker-entrypoint.sh file is converted to crlf on checkout
* Make it easier to run the application in a containerised environment by allowing owa to wait and retry the database connection on failure.
