This repository contains all data and additional functions used in the Phanerozoic-scale examples and vignette for the article describing the 'divDyn' R package. The scripts and data prepared in these examples use divDyn version 0.7.x. This version (0.4.1) was used to draft the Supporting Information file of the paper.
