This is a meta-issue to collect/categorize the different debugging related issues in Blazor WebAssembly across environments.

Launching debug session times out
Update: This issue was partially caused by a bug in the JS debug adapter. It has been resolved in VS Code and will ship with 16.8 for VS.

Debugging browser launched under different user profile

Debugger takes too long to launch
Update: Same root cause and fix as "Launching debug session times out" below.

Unbound breakpoints

Unable to evaluate variable values

External PDBs not loaded
Update: A fix for this was shipped as part of preview7.

Issues because DebugProxy is launched from dev server
