Correlate Logs - Using web server logs from NASA, we want to investigate whether the number of bytes transferred to a host might be correlated with the number of requests the host makes.
Reddit averages - Get average score of each subreddit to see whether some subreddits are 'friendlier' than others
Weather Big Data - ETL task on maximum daily temperatures in various cities
Popular wikipedia pages - find the most viewed page each hour and how many times it is viewed
