Fix deprecated warning

The used constructor of asynPortDriver is marked as deprecated.
Changed the code to use another non-deprecated constructor

The patch file for StreamDevice was quite outdated.
Added new patch files for versions of StreamDevice from
the official git repo managed by Dirk Zimoch
