Support to negative strand coverage read?

It cant seem to graph bedgraph that are on negative strand, maybe because y-axis is forced to be a positive value?

I guess so.. we will work on fixing that. As the outputs are SVG you could invert manually in Adobe illiustrator or so. Cheers
