Could you please sure that haskell-language-server-2.3.0.0 is buildable from Hackage?

Looks like the upload was rejected because:

hls-fourmolu-plugin-2.3.0.0/hls-fourmolu-plugin.cabal:50:21: Boolean values
are case sensitive, use 'True' or 'False'.
Error: Upload failed
