In the preproc_experiment there was a flag (-f) that was used to read in the target samples. Does seqyclean have such a flag?

I don't think Seqyclean supports that operation unfortunately :(

How are your reads formatted?

I just used the preproc_experiment. I had to modify the code a little too
get the summary report working but I got it.
