I tweaked your original content to not include specific workaround suggestions, as these workarounds will need to be removed soon once the React Native and Flipper issues are resolved and released; which may already be the case. It's really up to the buggy dev tools to support their users with caveats and workaround instructions - even thought the advice is probably really helpful I'm not qualified to make concrete suggestions about hacking other tools I'm not personally familiar with. The new wording here points people in the right direction, and by wording it that specific versions of dev tools are buggy our advice will be relatively timeless for when those projects eventually fix their bugs.
