Digital Ruby, LLC Url Monitor

Instructions:

- Make sure .NET 4.0 installed
- Update the configuration file to have valid email settings
- Setup the urls you want to monitor (we have a sample url for WWDC on Apple's site as an example)
- Install service (i.e. sc create URLMONITOR type= own start= auto binPath= d:\system\urlmonitor\urlmonitor.exe DisplayName= URLMONITOR)
- Has been tested with the GET protocol, POST and PUT are untested
- Make sure to run as SYSTEM
