NSRL hash signature file known-good and known-bad hashsets extraction tool.

This tool is intended for computer-forensics and incident-response professionals that
want to use the NSRL hashsets <http://www.nsrl.nist.gov/Downloads.htm> on their known-good
and known-bad hashsets.

This tool uses the NSRLProd.txt file supplied within the NSRL hashsets and compare their
ProductCodes against the ones noted by NSRLProd.txt as 'Hacker Tool'

This tool is an improovement from Tony Rodrigues' nsrlext.pl.
