This is a simple tool to create a BSB file from any area.

prerequisites:

gcc, make, libfreeimage, bash, perl, libxml-writer-perl, libset-object-perl, libxml-perl, inkscape, vips
network connection

Downoaded by the setup target:
imgkap - see http://www.dacust.com/inlandwaters/imgkap/
osmarender - svn co http://svn.openstreetmap.org/applications/rendering/osmarender/ 
openseamap rendering styles - svn co http://openseamap.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/openseamap/renderer

setting up the environment:

make setup

usage:

./oseam2kap <configfile>

See the configs dir for config file format

examples:

./oseam2kap configs/B-1.conf

osmfile=/wherever/whatever.osm oseam2kap whatever.conf
